Whistleblowing channel for reporting suspected violations
All Nordkalk employees are encouraged to report any suspected case of misconduct or unethical behaviour to their supervisor, Human Resources or to the Group Legal Counsel. Other stakeholders are also encouraged to report to Nordkalk any concerns they might have about possible violations or non-compliance.
Nordkalk provides employees in all our operating countries as well as external stakeholders the method to report potential non-compliance cases through an anonymous reporting channel. Reports can also be made by mail.
All reported concerns are handled confidentially and according to the Whistleblowing directive (EU 2019/1937) and relevant national legislation. Any consequent findings are recorded and reviewed by the Group Legal Counsel and reported regularly to the Board of Directors. Proven cases of non-compliance may lead to disciplinary or legal action. The process is further described in Nordkalk’s Whistleblowing Policy, available for all employees in Nordkalk Intranet.
