In Köping Nordkalk has a quarry, a grinding plant, a lime kiln, a slaking plant, a sales office and a harbour. The limestone burnt in the lime kiln is mainly stone from Nordkalks quarry on Gotland. Köping lime plant delivers recovered waste heat from the lime burning process to the local district heating network.
