There is a quarry and a grinding plant in Sławno. Sławno limestone, from a Jurassic deposit, characterizes of high reactivity and much lower than the permissible lead and cadmium content. In 2006, a new mill started its operations which allowed to double the production capacity of Sławno plant. A year later the crushing line was expanded, which caused another significant production effectiveness by 35%. In 2016 a complete Nordkalk AtriGran lime granulate production line was launched, along with a dust extraction system and a packaging line. Thanks to the application of innovative technological solutions, the plant has become one of the most modern granule producers in Europe. The product known on the market as Nordkalk AtriGran is dedicated for agriculture and horticulture.
